Day 3 is a beautiful day in Columbus, Ohio.

Well, I didn't finish Day 2 the way I planned. I met a friend out for some wings and sweet tea. That combination is probably my biggest downfall.

But...Day 3 is going great. I started the day off with a 45-60 minute walk. It felt great. My morning meal was egg beaters with some salsa and an apple. For mid-morning, I had some cottage cheese and a Whey Protein Shake.

I plan on doing my lower body workout at World's Gym today. Have a great day!
